Dancing on Ice: Week 10

It was Props Week on Dancing on Ice this weekend, with the skaters seemingly grabbing whatever object lay in their midst to wow the judges with their skill at handling inanimate objects.

Gary Lucy hit us whilst twiddling his rhythm stick, Danniella played sexy secretary with a routine involving an office chair, and Kieron Richardson unleashed his inner (ice) queen with a cover of Freddie Mercury’s ‘The Great Pretender’ complete with crooner’s microphone.

Hayley kept the raindrops from falling with some rather elegant umbrella twirling that proved a little too twee for the judges, but it seemed it was Danny’s orange bowler hat that impressed the panel the least.

Although he was given a last chance in the skate off with Kieron, Danny committed a fatal error by dropping his prop and finishing his routine with a stumble – mistakes that couldn’t have come at a worse time, and ones that saw him eliminated from the competition.

Who will be the next victim of the ice?
